Vancouver Pride 2025 – Shirt Request Form

Please use this form if you do not already have a Unifor Pride shirt from a previous year and would like to request one. Our shirt stock is running low so availability cannot be guaranteed. New this year is the option to PURCHASE a PINK shirt (the black shirts are free, as always). Sizes in both colours are limited, which is why we ask that you fill out this form in advance so that we can be prepared.

Please note: book-offs are not available. This is a volunteer event and you must be on a regular day off or AV to participate, unless your shift schedule permits.
